The SEAR NCD Alliance has been formed to consolidate the regional civil society efforts towards NCD prevention and control and to identify opportunities for multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral action in the current COVID and UHC landscape.

To build a strong civil society and people living with NCD (PLWNCD) led movement in the South East Asia region that percolates at the national and sub-national levels, through country-level NCD Alliances.
